  Made to feel invisible by the service. Have been a few times and each time ignored for up to 15 minutes or have walked to the bar to place an order. Staff are nonchalant, seem to care less about customers. Maybe there's no accountability? Restaurants in town are much more professional. If you have the choice, try to eat in town instead. Or perhaps, order room service and have it delivered to MacLab Bistro. Would likely be more efficient.

  The service was great the staff was very nice, and the food was decent. It's walking distance from the Banff Centre for a quick bite.

  All burgers are good, cobb salad is a meal on its own, wings are good, flatbread is ok, staff and bartenders are always friendly. Great outdoor seating during spring/summer. Comfy indoor couches if you want to just want to chill alone or play some boardgames with friends.
