  Bought a Banff hoody on Monday and by Sunday the stitching was coming loose on the pockets and it was full of bobbles. Took it back and they wouldn't accept their defective merchandise because of the wear! That's why I was taking it back.

  I don't know how this could be rated as a 1 and I never submit reviews but I had to help them out. I just went for my second time because the first was so remarkable. Both times, 5 star quality food. We shared dinner family style. I had Elk, Buffalo, Wild Boar, Salmon, and an amazing charcuterie board. Apps, dinner, desert and beverages all hands down fantastic. Further, the atmosphere is the best in Banff. It's just up the hill from town, in the woods, a giant fireplace and love the lodge feeling. I'll go back again and again.

  Oh man: This place hurt me. It explicitly objectifies indigenous culture. There are "Native headresses" and other "Indian wear" for purchase.
